이용약관

서비스 화면에 게시하거나 기타 방법으로 공지한 때부터 효력이 발생합니다. 회사는 필요한 경우 법령 범위 내에서 약관을 변경할 수 있으며, 변경 내용과 시행일을 사전에 공지합니다.

These terms take effect when posted on the service or otherwise announced. The company may amend them within the limits of applicable law, and any changes and effective dates are announced in advance.

이용자는 약관·운영정책 및 관계 법령을 준수하여야 하며, 타인의 권리를 침해하거나 서비스 운영을 방해하는 행위를 하여서는 아니 됩니다.

숙박·파트너 서비스에 따른 예약 조건, 요금, 취소·환불 규정은 각 상품·화면 및 별도 정책에서 정하는 바에 따릅니다.

Reservation conditions, pricing and cancellation/refund rules for stays and partner services follow the terms shown on each product/screen and any separate policies.

천재지변, 시스템 장애, 제3자의 귀책 등 회사의 합리적 통제 범위를 벗어난 사유로 서비스를 제공할 수 없는 경우, 회사는 그에 대한 책임이 면제될 수 있습니다. 회사는 이용자 간 또는 이용자와 제3자 간 분쟁에 개입하지 않을 수 있습니다.

Where the company cannot provide the service due to causes beyond its reasonable control (natural disasters, system failures, third-party fault, etc.), the company may be released from liability for such failure. The company may decline to intervene in disputes between users, or between users and third parties.

약관은 대한민국 법령에 따르며, 분쟁이 발생한 경우 회사 본점 소재지를 관할하는 법원을 제1심 관할로 합니다.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any dispute arising hereunder is subject to the court with jurisdiction over the company's head office as the court of first instance.

프로모션·신규 서비스·혜택 안내를 위해 앱·문자·이메일 등으로 정보를 발송할 수 있으며, 관련 법령이 정하는 바에 따라 동의를 받습니다. 이용자는 언제든지 수신 거부·동의 철회를 요청할 수 있습니다.

The company may send promotional and product information via app, SMS or email, with consent obtained as required by law. Users may opt out or withdraw consent at any time.
