Long Weekend Haus(이하 "회사")는 개인정보 보호법 등 관련 법령을 준수하며, 이용자의 개인정보가 어떻게 이용·보관되는지 안내합니다. 세부 항목은 서비스 론칭 및 실제 처리 현황에 맞추어 개정될 수 있습니다.

  • 회원 식별, 상담·예약·알림 등 서비스 제공 및 운영

  • Member identification and service operation — consultation, reservations and notifications
  • Handling customer inquiries, dispute resolution and fulfilling statutory obligations
  • Service quality improvement and statistics (de-identified data preferred)

2. 수집 항목 및 보유 기간

수집 항목(예: 이름, 연락처, 이메일, 접속 로그 등)과 보유·이용 기간은 해당 서비스 화면의 동의 문구·접수 폼에 명시된 범위를 따릅니다. 목적 달성 후에는 관련 법령에서 정한 경우를 제외하고 지체 없이 파기합니다.

2. Items collected and retention period

The items we collect (for example, name, contact, email, access logs) and the retention period follow the scope shown on the consent text and intake form of each service screen. Once the purpose is fulfilled, the data is destroyed without delay, except where retention is required by law.

3. 제3자 제공·처리위탁

원칙적으로 이용자의 동의 없이 개인정보를 외부에 제공하지 않습니다. 다만 서비스 운영을 위해 아래와 같이 개인정보 처리를 위탁하고 있으며, 위탁받는 자와 위탁 업무의 내용은 다음과 같습니다. 위탁 계약 체결 시 개인정보가 안전하게 처리되도록 필요한 사항을 규정합니다.

  • Cloudflare — 서비스 인프라 운영(서버·데이터베이스·파일 저장)
  • OpenAI — AI 컨시어지(자동 응대) 처리
  • Google — 소셜 로그인(Google), 컨시어지 자산정보·응대기록 관리(Drive·Sheets)
  • Kakao, Naver — 소셜 로그인
  • Supabase — 회원 인증 및 세션 관리
  • PortOne, Toss Payments — 결제 처리
  • SOLAPI — 카카오 알림톡·문자메시지 발송
  • Resend — 인증·안내 이메일 발송

위 목록은 서비스 연동 현황에 따라 변경될 수 있으며, 변경 시 본 처리방침을 통해 안내합니다.

3. Third-party sharing and entrustment

In principle we do not share personal data externally without the user's consent. However, we entrust the following processors to operate the service, and the entrusted parties and their work are disclosed below. Our entrustment agreements require that personal data be handled securely.

  • Cloudflare — Hosting infrastructure (servers, database and file storage)
  • OpenAI — AI concierge (automated guest response) processing
  • Google — Social login (Google); concierge property information and archived response records (Drive, Sheets)
  • Kakao, Naver — Social login
  • Supabase — Member authentication and session management
  • PortOne, Toss Payments — Payment processing
  • SOLAPI — Kakao AlimTalk and SMS delivery
  • Resend — Transactional email delivery (verification, notices)

This list may change as our service integrations evolve; any changes will be announced through this policy.

4. 이용자의 권리

개인정보 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지 요청은 고객센터 경로로 접수할 수 있으며, 회사는 지체 없이 조치합니다.
